RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 8th July 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 7,426 Ordinary Shares at a price of €14.79 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £13.13 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,562,099 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,060,385.
