Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 16 March 2009 it purchased 25,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each (Ordinary Shares), at a price of 22 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury. 

Following this transaction the Company's total number of voting rights is 44,349,763 (excluding the 643,702 shares held in treasury).
