Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 24,352 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 952.87 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,194,612. Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 28,900,044.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 41,285 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 94.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 19,394,936 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 78,023,091.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
