Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 9 December 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 93,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 707.9625 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 449,502,151 ordinary shares in issue.
