Transaction in Own Shares
7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 28 November 2014, it purchased 6,097 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which are to be held in treasury.
Following the above purchase, the Company now holds 1,020,752 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The Company has a total of 108,326,340 Ordinary Shares in issue. Therefore the number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 107,305,588.
The above figure of 107,305,588 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
