Transfer of Treasury Shares
Spectris plc announces that on 20 November 2007, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employee share scheme allotments:
35,000 shares at 406.25 pence per share
Following the above transfer, the total number of Spectris plc ordinary shares in issue (excluding the total of 7,918,345 ordinary shares now held in treasury) is 117,086,778.
