Buy back of Own Shares

Leeds Group announces that on 5 September it purchased 50,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 17.5p each. 

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,910,658 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 30,089,342.
