SSP Group plc, ISIN: GB00BGBN7C04 (the "Company", "SSP") announces that on 24 February 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 1 17/200 each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million share repurchase programme announced on 09 October 2025 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 785,406,898.
