Enterprise Inns PLC11 October 2006 11 October 2006 Enterprise Inns plc - Repurchase of own shares Enterprise Inns plc announces that it has today purchased 200,000 of itsordinary shares at an average price of 1073.049 pence per ordinary share. Thehighest price paid was 1085 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 1065pence per share. Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructiongiven prior to, and as announced by Enterprise Inns on, 29 September 2006. The purchased shares will all be cancelled. Following the above purchase,Enterprise Inns plc holds 25,000,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares. Thetotal number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares and in the Employee Benefit Trusts) is 298,714,108.
