SThree plc announces that on 26 August 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 197.279 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 198.25 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 195.5 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 126,514,422 ordinary shares of 1p each.
