Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 27 June 2014, it purchased 34,623 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 94.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 60,850,032 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
