These share purchases form a part of the share buyback programme of up to an aggregate purchase price of USD 100 million announce on 11 August 2022 (the "Buyback Programme"). The Buyback Programme, which starte on 1 August 2022, is base on the authorisation grante by the Company's Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2022.
