Rotork plc (the Company) announces that on 15 September 2025 it purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company, a total of 80,954 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (Ordinary Shares) as part of the share buyback programme announced on 11 March 2025 (the Programme). The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), detailed information about the purchases made by J.P. Morgan Securities plc (intermediary code: JPMSGB2L) on the London Stock Exchange and CBOE Europe Limited as part of the Programme is set out below.
