27 November 2007 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares

On 27 November 2007 the Company acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of ‚£0.25 each at ‚£3.685 per share for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 16,924,651 shares in issue.
