Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 2nd July 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 125,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.59665552 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £21.7775 per share and the lowest price received was £21.42 per share.
