Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 91,091 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 111.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,850,958 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 72,894,960.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 26,141 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 786.43 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,725,880 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 32,451,343.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
