Spark Ventures PLC25 March 2008 SPARK Ventures plc 25 March 2008 Purchase of own shares SPARK Ventures plc (the "Company") The Company announces that on 20 March it purchased 500,000 of its OrdinaryShares of 2.5p at a price of 9p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury. This purchase equates to 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital. For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of thisnotice is £11,250,000 consisting of 450,000,000 Ordinary shares of 2.5p of which38,095,220 are now held as Treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 411,904,780.
