Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 600,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 212.00p, the lowest price paid was 210.15p and the average price paid was 211.053p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 27,132,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,127,395,056 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
