JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 30,132 Ordinary shares at 466.158 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,184,044 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 119,130,859

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
