Purchase of own securities

On 12 June 2007, Reckitt Benckiser plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited 51,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 2722.81 pence per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 6,203,644 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 716,142,225 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
