Transaction in Shares by EBT
Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that Sanne Trust Company Limited, as trustees of the Impax Asset Management Group plc Employee Benefit Trust 2012 (the "EBT"), purchased 417,353 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 35.5 pence per Share on 23 July 2013 and 350,000 Shares at a price of 35.5 pence per Share on 24 July 2014.
Following these purchases, the EBT holds 17,601,496 Shares, representing 13.78% of the Company's current voting rights.
