Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 450,354 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.45p, the lowest price paid was 176.30p and the average price paid was 179.1148p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 58,102,053 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,096,425,572 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
