Transaction in Own Shares

14 December 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-

Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 14 December 2015, it purchased 497,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1,141.5577 pence per share (minimum price of 1,125 pence and maximum price of 1,151 pence).

The shares purchased will be cancelled.
