Transaction in own shares
SEC Newgate (AIM:SECN), the insight-driven global strategic communications group that works at the nexus of business, politics, communities, markets and media, announces that on 25 February 2022 it made the following purchases of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Buy-back announced on 17 February 2022.

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 160969
Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 111.32p
Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 111.32p
Volume weighted average price: 111.32p
The Company will hold the above Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Following the repurchase of the Ordinary Shares set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 22,958,729 Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 1,752,193 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 22,958,729. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Buy-back.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the detailed breakdown of individual trades made by Arden Partners on behalf of the Company as part of the share buyback programme is set out below.
