Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 650,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 179.40p, the lowest price paid was 172.90p and the average price paid was 174.5123p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 60,833,228 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,093,694,397 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
