Transactions in own shares

SSP Group plc, ISIN: GB00BGBN7C04 (the "Company", "SSP") announces that on 06 January 2026 it purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 1 17/200 each from Barclays Bank plc as part of its £100 million share repurchase programme announced on 09 October 2025 (the "Programme"). All shares were purchased from Barclays Bank plc as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the above purchases and cancellation of the ordinary shares, the Company will have 792,939,274 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 792,939,274.
