Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 10 May 2012 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 276,448 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 144.69 pence per share. The highest price paid was 146.30 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 143.70 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 32,525,964 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 821,490,246 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 817,423,192 (total number of shares in issue minus 4,067,054 shares held by the Trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
