Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 22 August 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 676.2916 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 455,010,843 ordinary shares in issue.
