The Company announces that on 8 May 2018, it purchased 285,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.24% of the issued share capital at a price of 142.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 118,004,174 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
