The highest price paid was 23.00p and the lowest price paid was 22.75p. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 344,772 of its shares in Treasury and has 496,706,223 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
