Impellam Group plc (the "Company") announces that on the 10 August 2012 it purchased an aggregate 3,500 ordinary shares of the company for cancellation at a price of 330.0 pence per share.

Following the share buyback the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 44,005,689 ordinary shares. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 44,005,689 ordinary shares. 

The above figure of 44,005,689 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
