Notification of Cancellation of Common Shares by Canaccord Financial Inc.
TORONTO, April 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Canaccord Financial Inc. announces that the company has cancelled 100,075 of its common shares. These shares had been acquired by wholly-owned subsidiaries from former employees in accordance with pre-existing contractual arrangements.
As a result of the cancellation of these common shares, Canaccord Financial Inc. now has 101,688,721 common shares in issue.
