8 September 2014 Rightmove plc Share buy-back programme Rightmove plc - Transaction in own shares Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces thattoday it purchased 12,500 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volume weightedaverage price paid per share of 2409.2138p. The highest price paid per sharewas 2449.50p and the lowest price paid per share was 2387.00p. Rightmovepurchased these shares through Numis Securities Limited. The number of shares purchased represented 0.0127% of the voting rightsattributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase. Thepurchased shares will be cancelled. Rightmove has purchased to date 30,623,567 of its own shares since announcing ashare buy-back programme on 28 December 2007. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)following this announcement is 98,776,411. Rightmove holds 2,505,430 shares intreasury. -Ends-
