Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 26 January 2012 it purchased, through an independent third party, 405,844 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 155.51 pence per share. The highest price paid was 157.10 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 154.30 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 19,761,341 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 833,147,930 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 830,277,915 (total number of shares in issue minus 2,870,015 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
