Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 13,816 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 763.07 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,363,414 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,926,006.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 69,660 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 83.76 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 16,043,905 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 82,451,490.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
