Auto Trader Group plc Transaction in Own Shares

Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 January 2026 it purchased through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis") the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 586.8834 pence per share:

Lowest purchase price paid per share:

Following the above transaction, the Company has 849,525,102 ordinary shares in issue and holds 4,775,973 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 844,749,129 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
