Lion Finance Group PLC announces Transaction in own shares

Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company"- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that on 8 January 2026, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish") purchased on behalf of the Company the number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange as set out in the table below (the "Repurchased Shares") pursuant to the share buyback and cancellation programme which was announced on 20 August 2025 and extended on 20 November 2025 (the "Buyback Programme").

Application will be made later for the Repurchased Shares to be cancelled pending which the shares will be held in Treasury. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 43,440,487 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will make further announcements following the completion of any additional purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.

The schedule below contains detailed information about the purchase(s) made by Cavendish on behalf of the Company as part of the Buyback Programme.
