Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 17,046 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 841.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,609,160 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,741,285.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
