The Company announces that it has today purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 478 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,830,989 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 149,417,089. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
