Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 49,904 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 107.22 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,878,639 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,586,835.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
