Share Buyback Programme
QinetiQ Group plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 50,000 of its ordinary shares of one pence each at an average price of 204.6529 pence per share.
The Company holds no shares in treasury.
Upon settlement of the above transaction, the Company will have 660,426,373 ordinary shares in issue. This figure represents the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
