Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 649,615 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 184.55p, the lowest price paid was 180.40p and the average price paid was 181.6647p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 59,722,244 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,094,805,381 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
