Inchcape PLC13 March 2006 10 March 2006 INCHCAPE PLC Share re-purchase programme Inchcape Plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 March 2006, it purchased95,000 ordinary shares of 150p each. The price paid was 2600p. The Company intends to hold these shares in treasury. Since the Company started buying back shares on 15 April 2005, it has acquired1,876,338 ordinary shares. Following the purchase of these shares the Companyholds 1,876,338 of its shares in treasury and has 78,163,711 shares in issue(excluding treasury shares).
