On 12 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,127,108 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £46.58857 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 16,613,647 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,016,492 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
