Transaction in Own Shares

TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Calculus VCT PLC announces that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 7210 ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 78 p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 23 January 2018.

After cancellation of these shares there will 11,663,717 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.

The cancellation of the 34,000 ordinary shares purchased on 3 January 2018 took place earlier today.
