Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces today that, acting through its corporate stockbroker, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the "Broker"), it has purchased the following number of the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the period from 26 March 2026 to 01 April 2026.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 28,361,501 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 3,528,623,602 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,528,623,602. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
