REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 35,300 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 683.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,997,694 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,794,698.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to Net Asset Value.
