Hansteen (LSE: HSTN), the investor in UK and continental European real estate, announces that on Friday 6 June 2014, the Company purchased 290,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 107.25 pence per share to be held in treasury.

The Company now holds a total of 290,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue is 685,633,127 and the total number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue excluding treasury shares is 685,343,127.
