Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 24 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 40,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 827.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 804.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 444,845,121 ordinary shares in issue.
