Transaction in Own Shares
Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML), announces that on 29 November 2012 it purchased 35,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 97.1949 pence per ordinary share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares was 98 pence and 97 pence respectively. All the purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,248,929 ordinary shares as Treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 84,917,005 (excluding ordinary shares held as treasury shares).
